Partnership hospitals.

• St. John's Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital – in partnership with St. John's Mercy Medical Center
  St. John's Mercy Medical Center (St. Louis, MO) – St. John's www.stjohnsmercyrehab.com/ has 1168 licensed beds and is a fully accredited teaching hospital. The campus includes a comprehensive Cancer Center; a Women's and Children's Health Center; a 120-bed skilled nursing facility; a large surgery center and nine-level Heart Hospital. Centerre has partnered with St. John's on a rehabilitation hospital consisting of 55 inpatient rehabilitation beds and outpatient services. The facility opened in July, 2007 and is accredited by CARF and Joint Commission.
• Lancaster Rehabilitation Hospital – in partnership with Lancaster General Health
  Lancaster General Health (Lancaster, PA) – Lancaster www.lancastergeneral.org has 563 patient beds and the Emergency Department treats more than 68,000 patients a year and is the region's only trauma center. The Hospital is consistently listed in top 100 hospitals. Centerre is partnering on a 50-bed rehabilitation hospital. Opened in 2007.
• Methodist Rehabilitation Hospital – in partnership with Methodist Health System
  Methodist Health System (Dallas, TX) – This is a three-hospital system in Dallas www.methodist-rehab.com/ with the lead hospital serving as one of only three trauma centers in Dallas, and containing a neonatal intensive care unit that serves as a referral center for more than 30 hospitals, and one of the largest and most active multi-organ transplant centers in the southwest United States. Centerre is partnering on a 40-bed rehabilitation hospital with outpatient rehabilitation services as well. Opened in 2008.
• Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin – In partnership with Waukesha Memorial Hospital (a ProHealth Care Hospital)
  Waukesha Memorial Hospital (Waukesha, WI) – Waukesha Memorial, www.waukeshamemorial.org, is a 300-bed Level III trauma center and part of Pro Healthcare. The hospital is the leading provider of advanced healthcare services between Milwaukee and Dane counties. The Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin (RHOW) – the only freestanding rehabilitation hospital in eastern Wisconsin - is a state-of-the-art, 40-bed hospital that is the result of the partnership between ProHealth Care and Centerre Healthcare to meet the growing rehabilitation needs of the region. The facility opened in November 2008 and is Joint Commission accredited.
